Worship Renewal

Engage in Worship that is Rooted, Restful, and Relational

Worship Leader Renewal

In his book, "Survive or Thrive," Jimmy Dodd identifies six relationships every leader should have. Three are "front stage" - our professional life and three are "back stage" - our personal life. Front-stage relationships are Boss, Teacher, and Coach. Backstage relationships are Counselor, Mentor, and Friend. Who do you have in these roles? Are you just surviving? I offer both front-stage (coach) and backstage (mentor) partnerships to help you thrive.

What this involves:

1-year commitment - Includes

- monthly one-on-one coaching, - participation in a cohort that engages in a three-month renewal curriculum, and one on-site retreat. (Travel not included)

Intensives for Your Team

Intensives for your teams offer a focused setting to engage in various topics of worship renewal. This of course can be customized to your setting and take place on site or in a retreat setting. Both are two-day events. Topics can include a selection from the following:
• Content, Structure, and Style of Worship
• Following Jesus all Year Long
• The Unhurried Life
• Worship as Spiritual Formation
